To regain client trust RBS needed to show they were still committed. Since January 2009 Dragon have immersed themselves across the RBS global business. Conducting interviews, workshops and research with key clients across all business areas to identify the compelling stories to support the "client commitment" strategy.
This laid the foundations for a new approach. Instead of leading on the volume of deals or the size of transactions we focused on the stories that made RBS stand apart from the competition.
Applying this insight Dragon have delivered multiple campaigns across numerous global markets to not just establish RBS's continued presence and commitment but their credibility as a key global banking partner.
